Accessibility

We are committed to making our concerts accessible to all. We offer services for patrons with disabilities, such as wheelchair locations and assistive listening devices. If you have specific questions, please call (336) 972-2389 or email us at manager@musiccarolina.org.

Seating

• Wheelchair accessible seating is available at all the venues
• Accessible locations for patrons with mobility impairments are available.
• Patrons are welcome to use any mobility devices, walkers, canes, service dogs and oxygen tanks. Ushers will assist in moving walker and wheelchairs to a location out of the aisle.

Accessible restrooms are located at all venues.

Large Print Programs: Please notify us in advance if you would like a large print program.

Parking

• Generations Center. Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available close to the facility for vehicles bearing proper accessibility parking identification.
• Shallowford Presbyterian Church. Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available close to the facility for vehicles bearing proper accessibility parking identification. There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot.
• Footnote. Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available close to the facility for vehicles bearing proper accessibility parking identification. There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot on Holly St.
• Mary Alice Warren Center. Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available close to the facility for vehicles bearing proper accessibility parking identification. There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot.
• Acadia Foods. Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available close to the facility for vehicles bearing proper accessibility parking identification. There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available upon request at the Generations Center and Temple Emanuel. Please ask for an FM receiver and earphones at the Box Office located in the lobby. These devices are free to use during shows but must be returned to the Box Office at the end of the event.

Service dogs

All service dogs are welcome. Emotional support/comfort animals are not allowed. Service dogs must perform tasks related to the handler’s disability. Service dogs must be leashed or harnessed at all times and will share the seating area of their handler, as aisles and walkways must be kept clear for safety.

Usher assistance

The Center's ushers are happy to escort and aid patrons who request assistance to and from the traffic circle area in front of the box office, before and after the performances.
